As a team we have many years of experience of working with young children and have all seen our own children start their learning journey in our setting before choosing to start our working journey here too.

Most of our team are trained to Level 3 in Childcare and 1 member of staff is a qualified teacher. We are all Paediatric First Aid, SENCO and Safeguarding trained, which are updated regularly through our in-house training sessions. Our Co-Managers (Sharon Barbary and Helen Kitchingham) are the designated Safeguarding and SENCO leads.

We hold regular staff meetings and in-house training sessions (delivered by external trainers) ensuring staff are kept up to date with latest developments in childcare as well as re-visiting and updating our policies.

We are committed to providing a safe environment for our children, so all staff are fully vetted and have an enhanced DBS check before becoming a permanent member of staff.
